We now turn from pictures of judgement and justice to words about judgement and justice. The introductions are, “The Word of the LORD came to me.” These two chapters state the transgressions and the dire punishment that is following. We will trace the contours of each chapter as we discover what GOD was saying to them (the exiles) and us.
